Urban Property Australia (UPA) was founded by Sam Tamblyn with the view to establishing a comprehensive, full service and independent property advisory business, servicing major financial and corporate institutions throughout Australia. Urban Property has worked with some of Melbourne’s notable financial institutions, corporations, national and local property developers and investors.

UPA is based on three business lines comprising a full service property valuation and advisory business, an environmental advisory business and a principal investment business.

Urban Property Valuation & Advisory (UPVA) is a highly specialised independent property consultancy, committed to providing clients with expert advice. Services include mortgage, company reporting and insurance valuations, expert witness determinations, rental assessments, development feasibility analysis, underwriting and financial due diligence services, acquisition and divestment advice.

Urban Property Investments

Urban Property Investments (UPI) is a private investment vehicle which seeks to invest in unique residential and commercial real estate opportunities located throughout Greater Melbourne and Victoria.  UPI seeks to invest in value-add opportunities that offer a low tolerance for risk. Investments made may include direct property development and turn around opportunities with strategic partners or mezzanine / preferred equity joint ventures with highly skilled operators with proven track records.

Urban Property Environmental

Urban property Environmental (UPE) is a specialist independent environmental consultancy, committed to providing commercial and residential property owners with timely and informative advice in the area of environmental sustainability. UPE is contracted through several Federal, State and Local government partnerships programs throughout Victoria to provide detailed in-depth research and advice.
