We initially engaged Urban Property Australia to search for, negotiate and acquire new premises for our growing head office in Melbourne.
We subsequently changed our strategy and instead of buying in a heated market we decided to take a long term lease. This was then facilitated by the UPA team. Thanks to UPA’s property network a leasing arrangement was executed efficiently and effectively, with minimal disruption to our business operations.
