UPA was engaged by a national commercial bread manufacturer / bakery to anonymously approach the adjacent landlord

Service Provided:

UPA was engaged by a national commercial bread manufacturer / bakery to anonymously approach the adjacent landlord to seek his interest in selling his extensive industrial warehouse in the suburb of Dandenong, Victoria. The bread manufacturer / bakery was keen to acquire the adjacent 10,000 sqm warehouse to enable continued expansion of his operation and to make sure the efficiencies of his current location were continued. After several attempts to engage with the adjacent warehouse owner, UPA agreed on behalf of the bread manufacturer / bakery terms to purchase the warehouse for $12M with settlement in 90 days.

Outcome:

The manufacturer was delighted that his operation could continue in the one location. He believed that having an independent transaction manager to purchase the warehouse on his behalf anonymously was a critical factor in achieving the right economic outcome.
